Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the Threadcairn service in plain language. They are a product summary for launch preparation, not legal advice.
The service owner must add the legal entity name, business address, effective date, governing-law and jurisdiction choices, billing terms, and any suspension or termination language before publishing a final legal version.
Until those details are approved, this page is an accurate product description and review draft rather than a complete jurisdiction-specific contract.
1. The service
Threadcairn helps teams connect GitHub repositories, review software-bill-of- materials information, identify potential vulnerability findings, and organize incidents and supporting evidence. It can also send alert emails to configured recipients.
Threadcairn also offers a public free scan. The free scan is based on public repository information and is intended to help a visitor assess whether the service is useful for their repository workflow.
2. Accounts and connected repositories
Some Threadcairn features require an account. Account information may include the name and email address used to create the account and the information needed to provide the selected workspace features.
When you connect GitHub, Threadcairn processes the repository and dependency information needed for scanning, SBOM workflows, vulnerability findings, and related evidence. Only connect repositories and authorize access that you are permitted to use for this purpose.
3. Plans and billing
Threadcairn may offer free and paid plans shown on the pricing page. If you choose a paid plan, Threadcairn processes billing data needed to create, verify, and manage that purchase.
The service owner must add the final price, tax, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment-provider terms here before publication. No billing promise is made by this review draft beyond the plan information displayed in the product.
4. Service information and evidence
Scan results, vulnerability findings, incidents, SBOMs, and evidence are tools for organizing technical review and reporting preparation. They depend on the data available to Threadcairn and should be checked by the customer before being used in a release, security, regulatory, or customer decision.
Threadcairn does not provide legal advice, regulatory advice, or a legal conclusion about whether a product or incident meets any particular requirement.
5. Contact and final legal terms
Questions about the service can be submitted through the Contact & Support page.
General or administrative questions can be sent to admin@threadcairn.com. Security or vulnerability reports can be sent to security@threadcairn.com.
The service owner must complete the final legal entity, notice, governing-law, dispute, limitation, warranty, and suspension provisions before this draft is treated as the complete Terms & Conditions for Threadcairn.
